Working in close partnership with our clients, we develop tailored implementation and training plans to facilitate the efficient roll-out of a Vendor Management System and provide ongoing system support. Our dedicated project team undertakes pre-implementation analysis, working with each business unit to establish in-country and in-client legislation, as well as location-specific terms and conditions.
Our project team follows up with in-house training (on location) to all of the system users. We also provide ongoing, on-location support to assist with any issues that arise.
